Elong Realty Brokerage is rooted in Niagara Region. The founder Lixia Lin has been in businesses of tourism, accommodation, and wine exporting since 2005. She understands the core industries in Niagara and brings her business experience to real estate. This helps her to structure deals of hotels, B&Bs, farms, vineyards, retirement homes, apartments, plazas, develop land, and other commercial real estate in Niagara Region.

The team member Dana Xu graduated from Brock University. She is active in investing in real estate since 2015. Her specialty is investment properties and property management.
